As this approach is accepted in Islamic societies, too, the divorce rate is constantly increasing. Nonetheless, the noble Qur’ān has legislated divorce not as a lifestyle but rather as a solution to a congested life. It has also organized all rules related to family in this regard. Accordingly, a positive view to divorce is different from the qur’ānic view. The identification of the viewpoint of the noble Qur’ān to the philosophy and station of divorce in human life is one of the essential insights that can lead to the betterment of familial life. The study at hand intends to respond to the question “In the qur’ānic view, what is the philosophy behind legislating divorce and what is the station of divorce in the familial system of life?” Adopting a descriptive-analytical approach and relying on exegetic resources, this study analyzes divorce in modern and Islamic thought systems. The results show that the noble Qur’ān bases human society’s life on marriage, sanctifies coupleness, facilitates marriage, and reprimands and opposes easy divorce to show that divorce is only a solution for emergencies in life. سیطره فرهنگ مدرن در جهان، باعث نگرش مثبت به طلاق شده است؛ به‌گونه‌ای که زوج‌های جوان، زندگی مبتنی بر طلاق را به‌عنوان سبکی از زندگی تلقی می‌کنند. در جوامع اسلامی نیز به‌دلیل پذیرش این رویکرد، آمار طلاق پیوسته درحال فزونی است. این امر درحالی است که قرآن کریم طلاق را نه به‌عنوان سبکی از زندگی، بلکه به‌مثابه راه برون‌رفت از بن‌بست زندگی تشریع کرده، همه قوانین مربوط به خانواده را نیز در همین راستا سامان داده است؛ براین‌اساس نگاه مثبت به طلاق با نگاه قرآنی متفاوت است. کشف دیدگاه قرآن کریم درباره فلسفه و جایگاه طلاق در زندگی انسان، یکی از بینش‌های مبنایی است که بهبود زندگی خانوادگی را از آن می‌توان انتظار داشت. مقاله حاضر برای پاسخ به این پرسش فراهم آمده است که از نگاه قرآن کریم، فلسفه تشریع طلاق چیست و در نظام زندگی خانوادگی چه جایگاهی دارد. تحقیق پیش رو با روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی و با استناد به منابع تفسیری، طلاق را در تفکر مدرن و تفکر اسلامی تحلیل کرده و به این نتیجه دست یافته است که قرآن کریم با تعلیق حیات جامعه بشری بر ازدواج، تقدیس زوجیت، تسهیل ازدواج، نکوهش و نقض آسان طلاق، نشان داده که طلاق فقط راه حلی برای شرایط اضطراری زندگی است. https://www.sijl.ir/article_186270_4e095d288876139ce0c5a7b8541d9be2.pdf
